Leading up to a potential reveal of the full breakfast on Tuesday at SCEA’s E3 conference, it’s been revealed that Gran Turismo 5: Prologue has sold over 3 million units worldwide, with Europe being the region of the most sold copies of the game at 2 million.

The exact total figure actually stands at 3.67 units worldwide. However, it aint stated if that includes hard copies and PSN copies together. The figures come from Polyphony Digital themselves, where it’s also revealed the GT series has sold a combined 52.37 million units sold.

The full worldwide figures list is as follows:

Worldwide total: 3.67 million
Europe: 2.16 million
US: 760,000
Japan: 650,000
Asia: 100,000

GT5: Prologue is a good game, we gave it a 9 last March. We hope to see the real deal this Tuesday though at the SCEA conference, catch the livetext for that from 6pm BST.
