Treyarch have unveiled the next game in the Call of Duty franchiese, Call of Duty: Black Ops.
Following on from their last game, World at War, Black Ops’ trailer showcases lots of warfare very quickly, with what indeed looks like Vietnam, however the game we think might take a leaf out of Assassin’s Creed book, as the trailer indicates you are a soldier who is being made to relive past memories.
There was also what looks like a Russian cosmonaut briefly too, with the game possibly spanning the whole of the Cold War.

Square Enix have just unveiled the launch trailer for Just Cause 2 which you can catch after the break. As with the Metro 2033 trailer, the accompanying track is awesome, this time it’s Propane Nightmares by Pendulum.
Square have also announced that the demo has been a huge success for them with over 2 million downloads on 360, PS3 and PC.
Square’s PR gives some pretty awesome facts, “Players have driven a distance equivalent to a trip from the earth to the moon and back four times; Panau Island has lost almost 30 million of its population (with approximately 2.5 million headshots, almost a million drivers hurled from hijacked vehicles and 27,000 Piñata kills); and players have BASE jumped the equivalent of a freefall through the Earth’s core, pole-to-pole, twice.”
Pretty awesome, right? Just Cause 2 launches March 26th.
