Massive Criterion Announcement Coming at 4pm BST

Posted in PlayStation 3 with tags , , , , , , , , on May 22, 2009 by Jonathan Cullen

Criterion Games

Criterion’s just announced to keep an eye out at 4pm BST later on this afternoon as they have a big announcement concerning something. They didnt actually state what it concerns, but all the money is been put on something to do with Big Surf Island, the big piece of Burnout Paradise DLC coming soon, where Criterion stated this week they will answer “the most asked question”, which we assume is a date.

However, recent rumors has also linked the company to a new Need for Speed game due in 2010, on which producer of Need for Speed: Shift Jesse Abney said to VG247 that they would be a “great team to work with” on the series.

Whatever it is, it sure as hell isn’t be Black 2.

Although it should be pointed out that they aren’t retrospective.

And alot of people over at Criterion’s forums are getting pissy about it.

You can go and look for that yourself, no way in hell am I posting a link to angry BP fanboys!
