RUMOR: Dead Rising Coming to PS3?

Dead Rising for the Xbox 360 was a great cult game. It a testament that alongside milking Devil May Cry and Resident Evil bone dry (Not thats a bad thing…unless you mean Resident Evil 4) that Capcom are open to original ideas and new IP’s.

And also with it recently announced for the Wii, you’d think the last stop on the current gen tour of Dead Rising could be the PS3.

And you could very well be right if a hint from John Diamonon from Capcom is anything.

A user was saying on a PS Blog post how he enjoy’s Dead Rising for the Xbox 360 and how he cant wait for Bionic Commando: Rearmed (The blog post was on BC: RA)

Man, i’m Happy, i’m REALLY happy with Capcom, even Dead Rising still(my fav next-gen title) only on Xbox 360, i can see you giving the PS3 they real support, and from the PSN size of the things, i must say Wow. 99% of the developers doesn’t give PSN the attention it deserves, i must applause Capcom for this, and even sven saying that there is no chance in happening, please give us a bit of hope on Dead Rising =]

And it’s promised that a big announcement from Capcom will be on the PS Blog on Thursday so are they about to announce Dead Rising? We’ll see on Thursday.
